Discover versatile wet and dry work out combinations that may be performed at the beach or in the gym. Programs include strength, conditioning, function and flexibility for diving. Gain an understanding of using water as resistance, how water temperature affects training, and the essentials of hydration for good health, safety and peak performance. This upbeat presentation focuses on diving specific applications of physical fitness and nutrition. It is appropriate for all ages, abilities and experience. Attendees receive sample workouts and may enter a drawing for FitDiver prizes.
