Each booth is allotted four badges and are for representatives of your company. Additional badges may be purchased at $15.00 each. Set up only passes are available for set up times only and do not count towards badge allottment.
Badge requests should be submitted via the email sent to the company representative that is on file. These can be mailed (to U.S. addresses only) provided requests are received no later than May 1st. All badge requests received after this date will be available for pick up on Friday, June 2nd starting at 8:00 am until 6:00 pm as well as Saturday morning starting at 8:00 am and Sunday morning starting at 9:00 am.
Badge holders with lanyards can be picked up at the front desk located in the entrance to Exhibit Hall C as well as on the loading dock.
Any lost or fogotten (that were mailed)badges can be purchased at the front desk for $15.00 each. If your badges were mailed and we mispelled someone's name, please send us an email. We will prepare a replacement to switch out at the front desk. Extra badges that have been requested but not paid for can be purchased and picked up during set up Friday, June 2nd.
Exhibitors may also purchase enrance tickets at the reduced pre-sale prices.
