Saturday Night Party

Party for a Cause

The show floor may be closed for the night, but the fun doesn’t have to stop! Party with us Saturday night starting at 7pm at The Federal, a 1920’s era bank-turned-party place — just a quick walk from the convention center. Admission is free. There will be entertainment, a photo booth, food and a cash bar. Join us to honor our 2019 California Scuba Service Award recipient (to be announced). Tens of thousands of dollars in exciting prizes are up for grabs in a raffle and silent auction, with proceeds from the evening going this year to benefit Plastic Pollution Coalition — a group working toward a world with no single-use plastic. 8 million tons of plastic make their way into the oceans each year. The Great Pacific Garbage Patch alone, floating between Hawaii and California, consumes over 600,000 square miles. To put it in different terms, that’s equivalent to three times the size of Calfornia, or 1 billion elephants. So join us in raising a glass — not a plastic cup — in the name of doing good and having fun! Check back as we get close for party announcements and a list of raffle prizes and auction items.
