FREE RE-BOOKING for COVID related restrictions
Since we have no visibility on borders reopening to tourists, we offer free trip rescheduling within 24 months of your original departure, if you are unable to travel due to Covid-19 restrictions.
For this to be applicable, one of the following conditions must apply:
– You have contracted the virus within 30 days to departure and can provide medical evidence (certificate/statement) to support this.
– Your country of residence prevents you from departing due to their governmental restrictions on the embarkation point for your liveaboard trip.
– Indonesia prevents you from entering due to their governmental restrictions on your country of residence.
If none of these conditions are met, our normal cancellation policy applies.
