Prize Draw Terms & Conditions – Scuba Show

Promoter
The promoter is Rork Media, Inc, trading as Scuba Show, 169 Madison Ave STE 38363, New York, NY 10016.

Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who complete the official Scuba Show Attendee Feedback Survey. Both attendees and non-attendees are eligible to participate. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
Participants must complete the survey and provide their name and a valid email address. Only one entry per person is permitted. Incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $250 gift voucher, selected at random from all valid visitor survey entries. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

Draw and Notification
The winner will be selected at random after the survey closes and no later than 30 July 2026. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) working days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Privacy

We collect your personal information solely to administer the prize draw, contact the winner, and analyze customer feedback to improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your responses are handled securely in accordance with our published privacy policy and the rules of this prize draw. Participation is entirely voluntary. If you are a resident of California or other US states with active privacy laws, you retain the right to access, delete, or limit the use of your data at any time by contacting us at events@rorkmedia.com.

To the extent permitted by law, the promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize.

Promoter’s Decision
The promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

This form and prize draw are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
