Based in Portsmouth NH, we are makers of Craft Hot Sauce, Wing Sauce, Sriracha, Hot Honey, and Hot Maple Syrups. Our products are fiercely unique and flavorful. We have a wide variety of styles and heat levels based on our 5-Fin Heat Scale, ranging from Mild to Wicked Hot (and then the extreme heat 6-Fin Series). Our products are all-natural, gluten-free, and dairy-free, with no artificial preservatives or additives. We have won 12 Scovie Awards (the “Oscars” of Hot Sauce), including Best in Show for the USA in 2020. We have been featured on Chronicle as well as Season 21 of the hit YouTube show “Hot Ones.” We work with, and donate to, non-profits that share our passion of shark conservation.
