All loading and unloading of major exhibit equipment must be done through the South loading dock.
Entrance to the South loading dock is on Seaside Way (the “arena” side of the Convention Center). Follow the arrows on the map below:
Exhibitor parking will be updated as the show dates get closer.
Each booth is allotted four badges and are only for representatives of your company. Additional badges may be purchased at $15.00 each. Set up only passes are available for other individuals helping you during set up times only, and do not count towards badge allottment.
Badge requests should be submitted via the email sent to the company representative that is on file. If you did not receive our badge request, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exhibitor badges will be available for pick up on Friday, June 2nd starting at 9:00 and on Saturday morning starting at 8:00 am, and Sunday morning starting at 9:00 am. Badge holders with lanyards can be picked up at the front desk located in the entrance to Exhibit Hall C.
Move in begins Friday at 9:00 am. Please know that labor overtime for unloading begins at 4:30 p.m. Also note that there is no entry or re-entry into the hall after 8:00 pm, so please plan to stay until you are ready to leave for the evening.
8 am: Exhibitor early access to Exhibit Hall C.
10 am - 6 pm: Exhibits open to public.
6 pm - 10 pm: Saturday night party at the Cove, a unique nautical-themed event space onsite at the convention center. Admission is free! Please join us.
9 am: Exhibitor access to Exhibit Hall.

10 am – 5 pm: Exhibits open to public
5 pm to 9 pm: Exhibitor move out.

All outbound freight must fill out Sunrise Decorating's bill of lading. The forms are available from Sunrise Decorating’s desk at the show on Sunday.
Additional booth supplies (carpet, electrical, etc.) are ordered through Sunrise Decorating. Please visit scuba.sundecorating.com or call (818)352.8282. Early discounts apply until May 19th.
Booths are 10' x 10' with a draped 8' high back wall and 36" side rails. Standard “in-line” booths may not extend beyond 8’ tall. The side wall may reach a maximum height of 8' extending 5' out from the backwall, then must drop to 3' in height to the aisle.
Booth materials may also not extend beyond the dimensions of the booth space and with consideration of not blocking line of sight down the aisle. Show management reserves the right to determine interference with other exhibitors. Exhibit activity of each exhibitor must stay within the exhibitor's allocated exhibit space.

In addition to the concessions inside the exhibit hall, the Bogart Lounge will offer a selection of lunch fare. There will also be two food trucks in the courtyard mid-day. Both options are located just steps outside the entrance to our exhibit hall.
The host hotel for the 2023 Scuba Show is the Hyatt Regency Hotel at Long Beach’s Rainbow Harbor, immediately adjacent to the Convention Center.
