Terms & Conditions.

Door prizes are donated by our exhibiting partners and are a central part of the Scuba Show experience. Everything you need to know about eligibility, the draw process, and how to claim is listed here.

Individual prizes carry their own validity periods and specific terms — check the relevant exhibitor page before redeeming your win.

  1. Eligibility & prize pools: Open to attendees aged 16+ holding a valid show ticket who are physically checked in at the event at the time of each draw. To be entered into the full prize pool, your ticket must be purchased online in advance. Tickets purchased in person at the registration desk (cash or card) are still eligible to win, but are entered into a separate draw with a smaller, limited prize pool.
  2. Must be present: You must be on the show floor and checked in at the exact moment of a draw to be included. Absent attendees are not eligible regardless of ticket status.
  3. One win per person: Each attendee may win once only across both days of the event. Once drawn as a winner, you are excluded from all subsequent draws at this show.
  4. Draw frequency: Draws run automatically — every 45 minutes on both Saturday and Sunday. Winners are displayed live on screens at the prize stand.
  5. Random selection: Winners are selected at random from all eligible checked-in attendees at the precise moment of each draw using a fair, audited system.
  6. Same-day claim: All prizes must be claimed in person on the day of the draw. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn the following show day for a new winner.
  7. Claiming your prize: Present yourself to show management at the registration desk or prize stand with your show ticket as proof to collect your prize.
  8. Prize sourcing: All prizes are supplied by third-party exhibitors. Scuba Show organisers accept no responsibility for prizes not fulfilled by individual sponsors.
  9. No cash equivalents: Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and carry no cash alternative under any circumstances.
  10. Right to amend: Organisers reserve the right to withdraw, substitute, or modify any prize or these terms at any time without prior notice.
  11. Final decisions: All decisions by show organisers are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. Void where prohibited by law.
